Research has found that numerous ailments are dispersed and communicate by these tiny creatures. The diseases include infectious diseases such as malaria, dengue and other such illnesses. An infection termed malaria is seen in tropical regions and is spread by the female anopheles mosquito. This disease can be fatal in some instances where the patient is not treated. High body temperatures and shivering during the night are some symptoms of this illness. Another similar illness is dengue that is equally serious and many efforts are being taken by international agencies to combat this issue.
