Cooling system is very essential for an engine. An engine without a cooling system will cause failure of the engine. The important components of the cooling system are water jackets, water pumps, engine fans, radiator and thermostat. The need for cooling system is to prevent the over heat of the engine. The purpose of cooling system is to bring the engine to normal operating temperature as quickly as possible. First component is water jackets, which surround the engine cylinder and the combustion chamber. Inside water jackets water is mixed with anti-freeze that is coolants. This mixture will flow through water jackets, picking up the heat. Thus it cools the metal parts and heats the coolants
