Studies in the US show that those of you who prefer out of gym activities to keep fit are not alone. Lots of people are returning to the basics. When i say that, I mean basic exercises like touching your toes, and doing stuff that will keep you supple, strong cored, well balanced and get your body into endurance power mode. Most of all, what we all want is to live a healthy life and enjoy the little pleasures it offers - like go Scuba diving or Para gliding, and once in a while may be some mountain walking! Tall order? Not even if you are the sort who sits glued to the computer on most waking hours thinking up new ways to beat your buddies.
