chicken, beef, pork, prawns, rabbit, fish and many more animals and birds that live on land and water are consumed by non vegetarians normally all over the world. These non-veg items are having a high amount of fat in a few grams. The people have become obese consuming them many times in a week. It is quite late when they realize that they have some disorder after consuming these non-veg food stuffs in huge quantities. And they start taking medication to get rid of that disorder which again takes so much time. Non-veg foods should be taken to a certain level in one week. While there are no restrictions to consume a lot of vegetarian food. Eating a lot of greens, grains, fruits, vegetables and milk have rich proteins, iron, calcium content in it. Almost all the vitamins are distributed mostly among vegetables. Fat is also necessary to our body to some extent, which is got in high values only from non-veg food. People living in cold countries and those living in the Arctics do have to consume a lot of meat if they need to resist themselves from cold.But people living in normal weather conditions have to consume less amount of meat in order to keep their body healthy.Eating a lot of vegetables can keep them healthy and strong and get rid of almost every medical disorder.
