In popular legend, a bloodsucking creature that rises from its burial place at night, sometimes in the form of a bat, to drink the blood of humans are called as vampires. By day break it must return to its grave or a coffin filled with its native earth. Vampires are supposedly dead humans who are most probably suicides, heretics, or criminals. These vampires maintain a life by biting the necks of living humans and sucking their blood, their victims also become vampires after death. These undead creatures cast no shadows and not reflected in mirrors. They can be warded off by crucifixes or wreaths of garlic and can be killed by exposure to the sun or by an oak stake driven through the heart. The bats feed on humans making a small cut with their sharp incisor teeth, often without disturbing their prey, and lapping the blood. The wounds may not be serious but may transmit dangerous diseases. Many novels, series and movies have been released based on such vampire stories. And It has been always a saying that vampires are only mythical creatures. They exist only in mythologies and historical stories. They have always been o the bed side everywhere and none has ever heard of a good vampire till now.
