The oldest martial arts form in the world is currently Maui Thai, though there is no documented history about this form. The first documented history dates back to some 700 years ago when the king decided that this form should be popularized and thought to all soldiers in the army. Maui Thai is a classic martial art form which makes use of all the parts in the body making it a completely lethal form. The fighters can use their fists, wrists, arms, legs, knees and their ankles to deliver a destructive force of up to 3000 pounds. That is something really great. Its almost like being hit by a car that is traveling at 40 miles an hour.
Maui Thai is still popular in the country of Thailand and people bet on these matches. Most fights usually end in a knock out, or sometimes even death. A recent research on the various art forms showed that the knee kick of Maui Thai had the most powerful impact and could deliver almost 3500 pounds if executed properly. This can knock a person out or even worse, kill the man if he receives the kick in his chest.
