Another good exercise is running on the tread mill or using the stepper. Cycling is a good exercise but I would suggest that you do it in the open rather than an air conditioned gym. The new problem that arises is that working out can make you hungry, so you need to control your diet and have food that are rich in proteins and fiber. Fiber will make you feel full very quickly which means that the amount you eat is controlled. This is the healthy way to reduce and remove fat deposits.
