We all go through this phase of having a weird animal as a pet. A weird pet is one which isn’t a dog or a cat. So yeah, I guess I have a weird pet, its just that I haven’t left that weird pet stage yet. My past pets have included squirrels, weird birds and a bat for a couple of days. Buy my latest one is a spider that lives in the bathroom. Never really thought I would keep him as a pet until the day I fed him with a mosquito that I killed. All I did was kill a mosquito without squashing it and put it in the spider’s web. The spider ran to it and wrapped it and ate it up pretty quickly. The next day when I went to the bath room I was shocked to see that the spider had actually become twice as big and had woven a net that was so intricate and delicate that I kept starring at it for quite sometime. Since then I have been feeding it and making sure that my mom dint remove it.
I was surprised when my mom asked me about the spider, all I told her was that I was growing it and she dint seem to mind. Way to go mom! Cooler than ever. A name is what allows you to connect to your pet, what better name than peter parker? Just thought it would make sense and that it would have a small humor side to it, but no one seemed to understand it. Well, the spider is still there and has actually woven a pretty huge web, he( I hope he’s a he) has also managed to catch quite a number of mosquitoes and flies without my help. Really makes you feel proud when your pet manages to live its own life without your help anymore.
