The new president brought hope to the world and to America by promising to take a tough stance on terror without affecting the civilians in troubled areas. It looks like he has delivered this and has vowed to root out terrorism from American soil and from all of its allies. His recent attacks on Pakistan have shown that he will not tolerate any state sponsoring terrorism. The attack on Pakistan was justified by the American government because they said they had information that a top level Al-Qaeda leader was hiding there.

Though the attack caused a few civilian causalities the overall attack was said to be successful and carried out using a spy drone. The difference between bush and Obama is that bush attacked terrorist states without having credible information and this lead to high losses on both sides, this act of war by him caused his popularity to drop down and cause a world wide protest against him and his war on terror. It’s up to Obama to not make the same mistake and make sure that he deals with terrorism with an iron hand.
