Juices can be really good for the body as they provide loads of nutrients and are in a liquid form which means that it gets absorbed and digested a lot faster. There are many ways of making juice, the most popular being the plain variety which involves just the fruit, some water and some sugar. All these are mixed together and blended to form a perfect smoothie. I will now tell you the right way to make apple juice. One common mistake that everyone makes while making juice is that they either add too much of water or no water at all. A perfect juice should have the write quantity of concentrated apple pulp and water. This ration is usually 30:70, 30 % denotes the amount of water that needs to be added. The water is added only to make sure that the juice is not thick. The first thing you do is cut the apples and remove the skin. Though the skin contains the maximum amount of vitamins we don not add it because it can make the juice extremely sour. Make sure that the pieces are put in the blender without the water to make it into a perfect paste. Add the water and some sugar to make it sweet and a bit dilute.
