The new danger word for this decade is obesity. Only recently have people understood the danger and the need to combat obesity. Obesity is a dangerous condition that can cause tons of other problems such as heart disease, memory loss, lethargy and many more. The worst that can happen to a person is become out of shape and lose self confidence. We as responsible people need to make sure that this kind of condition is avoided. We have invented medicines to increase our lifeline but also become obese to decrease the lifeline greatly. The first thing that we need to do is eat healthy. Obesity is caused due to fatty foods, lack of exercise and total lethargy. Fatty foods are the main reason for this. it contains grease which ends up clogging our veins and causing major blood flow problems. Fat deposits get collected at different pockets and hamper movement of those areas. We need to start thinking about our health and start eating healthy. To reduce all the fat that has already been acquired over the past couple of years we need to start exercising. Exercise allows us to break down the fat and use up all the energy. For people who don’t find time for exercise can follow a different routine. Be more active in which ever place you are. Take the steps rather than the elevator. Walk to the corner store instead of taking the car and more thing like this will help you to lose weight.
