Handicap people suffer a lot due to their handicaps. It may be hard for people like us to comprehend the amount of trouble they go through to perform daily functions that we don’t even think about while doing such as brushing or having a bath. But people who are handicapped do suffer while performing any function because the world is not handicap friendly. We will understand their trouble only when we can’t use one of our limbs. I recently fractured my right hand and really felt bad because I couldn’t do anything without it. That’s when I realized how much handicap people suffer.
After this accident of mine I checked the web for something that could help people. I came across the exoskeleton that was developed by a japans company. This is a metal contraption that one can wear. It supports all the limbs and covers specific areas to help increase the functionality of those areas. The exoskeleton is powered by a battery which can handle heavy loads. Think of this as a wheelchair with the difference being that the person can walk. A person using the exoskeleton needs to only control with a remote. The exoskeleton acts like a robot. The advantage is that since its properly strapped to a person when the exoskeleton puts its leg forward, it moves the person’s leg with it. This is how it help handicapped people. This is a new tech and a bit expensive. Do search the net for more information about this.
