Fujitsu has been at the top of the business notebook segment for sometime now; it offers notebooks with great style and some of the best displays that we have seen so far. The 12.1" ultra portable LifeBook P8020 follows this pattern; it is a modified version of the P8010 with the same body and design being maintained. This notebook faces a great deal of competition from lenovo and HP. In this review we see how the Fujitsu P8020 matches up against other business notebooks .The Fujitsu Lifebook is powered by the Intel Core 2 Duo U9400.It has a 12.1" Crystal View WXGA display with Built-in Webcam for Instant Messaging. It’s also got an efficient Dual-Layer DVD Writer which is an added advantage. The memory is a standard 2GB DDR3 800MHz Memory. It’s secured by an Embedded TPM and a Fingerprint Sensor which work quite well. Like all Fujitsu notebooks this too comes with an extremely good cooling system. The main battery is a Lithium ion (6-cell, 7.2v 8700 mAh, 62Whr), the battery life is good and stays active for 5 hours and 7 minutes. The design of the battery prevents you from using a larger extended life batteries and this happens to be one of the major disadvantages. It weighs only 2lbs 14.5oz thus making it one of the most lightest. LifeBook P8020 comes with a One-year International Limited Warranty and is priced at $2,150, which is worth the cost. Fujistu LifeBook P8020 is a very good business ultra portable notebook and should give its users a very good value for their money.
